Located north of old town on bustling Nevada Avenue, this property was formerly "Claire's" restaurant & bar. Hard times fell upon the business and the proprietors locked the doors and shut down. Upon being notified, Altitude Organic stepped up to the plate to take on this redevelopment project. Just in the nick of time, one of the owners made application the day the Colorado Springs City Council instituted a moratorium on any new license. As one of the last licensed stores in the Springs, we are proud to serve the UCCS areas.
